The high shear emulsifying tank is the most advanced blending equipment in such industries as dairy, beverage, food, etc. The high shear emulsifying tank produced by our company is provided with unique blending structure and outstanding mixing and emulsifying functions after we have imporve the technology. Principle and features: The blender of the machine is composed of the closely associated rotor and stator. The rotor rotates at a high speed and the stator is fixed without movement. When the highspeed emulsifying head works, it throws the materials at the center of the rotor to the stator at a high speed,then through tooth clearance of the stator, and shearing, collision and crushing between rotor and stator, the emulsification is realized.
Therefore, it is a piece of equipment integrating such functions as blending, emulsifying, homogenizing, solving, crushing and etc.
The machine is easy to use and flexible to operate. It has three kinds of structures such as single-layer heat preservation,double-layer heat reservation and jacket.
